Terms and Conditions.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Sense Baseline, a 7-day assessment using OCOsense smart glasses and the Sense application (the “App”), provided by Emteq Ltd (“Emteq Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in Sense Baseline, you agree to these Terms.

To participate, you must:

• be 18 years or older
• be located in the United Kingdom or United States

Sense Baseline may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or dietary conditions, including but not limited to:

• eating disorders
• significant medical conditions

If you have any concerns, you should seek medical advice before participating. We reserve the right to accept or decline participation at our discretion.

4.1 What is included

Sense Baseline includes:

• access to OCOsense smart glasses
• access to the App
• real-time feedback and daily insights
• a summary report at the end of the 7-day period (subject to sufficient data)

4.2 Duration

The test lasts 7 days from the start date agreed with you.

You are expected to:

• wear the glasses regularly (ideally throughout the day)
• use the system as instructed

4.3 Report

We aim to provide a report at the end of the 7-day period. However:

• if insufficient data is collected, we may not be able to provide a report
• if insufficient data is collected, the report may not fully reflect your behaviour

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You agree to:

• use the glasses only for your personal use
• not share or lend the glasses to others
• follow all instructions provided
• take reasonable care of the glasses

You must not:

• modify, open, or tamper with the glasses
• attempt to reverse engineer or extract data from the device or App
• use the product for any commercial purpose

We may suspend or terminate your participation if you misuse the product.

We will ship the glasses to you at no cost.

At the end of the test, you must:

• return the glasses using the return packaging provided
• do so within 5 days of the end of your test

If you stop the test early, you must return the glasses promptly. If the glasses are not returned within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to:

• restrict future access to our services
• take appropriate steps to recover the equipment

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the glasses during the test period.

If the glasses are lost, stolen, or damaged, we may be unable to continue your participation in the test.

You may stop participating at any time. If you do:

• you must return the glasses promptly
• you may not receive a report

We may end your participation if:

• you breach these Terms
• you misuse the product
• we determine the test is not suitable for you

After the 7-day test:

• your account may remain active
• you may continue to access your data and report

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify or remove access to the App in the future.

You may be invited to:

• provide feedback
• participate in research

Any use of your testimonials or identifiable feedback will only be done with your permission. For information on how we use data, please see our Privacy Policy.

All rights in the glasses, App, and related technology belong to Emteq Labs.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for the purpose of participating in Sense Baseline.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that:

• we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses
• we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the insights provided
• use of the product is at your own discretion

We explain how we collect and use your personal data in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
